About

Andrew Marx joined the Focused Inquiry faculty in 2007. After teaching UNIV 111 and UNIV 112 for many years, he now teaches UNIV 200 primarily. He earned a Ph.D. in philosophy in 2002 and has taught philosophy courses ever since. With his philosophical background and interests, he has worked to create new approaches to critical thinking and ethical reasoning in the Focused Inquiry curricula.
