About
Bill Notter joined the Department of Focused Inquiry in 2010. He has received an NEA Literature Fellowship, and his poetry collection Holding Everything Down (Southern Illinois University Press, 2009) won the High Plains Book Award and was a Colorado Book Award finalist.
