About 

Amber Pearson began teaching in Focused Inquiry in 2013. Dr. Pearson is currently serving as the UTA Program Co-Coordinator (2018-2024) and teaches multipe sections of Focused Inquiry courses. She studies ecocriticism and applies it to the three textual genres she resonates with the most: American poetry, speculative fiction and video games. Outside the classroom, she likes to work with fiber/textiles and go hiking.
